Custom Writings Quality

Let’s start with the good news. The web content is wonderful. The policy pages are clear, the blog posts and articles appear to be updated frequently and have interesting content. There were no spelling or grammar errors that were noticeable to us. It is clear that whoever is handling these tasks is a native English speaker. Unfortunately, that quality did not carry over into the essay that we received. We wondered if the academic writing might be sent to offshore workers because the sentence structure and use of articles wasn’t indicative of a native English speaker. When we looked into other customer reviews we found that many had similar experiences. There was also a distinct lack of insight in the writing as well. It seemed as if the essay was based on information gleaned from Google searches and not academic research.

We found the pricing to be pretty standard when compared to other websites. However, once we took quality into consideration, we agreed that a website such as X-essays.com provides a much better value. The company does offer a lifetime discount, however to returning customers. That is the only way to get a better price that we are aware of as it does not appear that there is a coupon code available. Making a payment was fairly simple though, and we had no issues there

Customer Support

This was pretty average as well, but not superb. Our writer was quick to respond to our messages, and he was quite polite. However, when we sent a message asking about revisions, it was never returned. This left a bit of a bitter taste in our mouths. As did the companies insistence that we would have to pay for any revisions in spite of what their policy stated. This information was delivered to us over the phone.

Conclusion

So, is customwritings.com legit? The answer is no. They could be, but they just are not at that level right now. Yes, they have good web content, but the primary concern is the quality of the papers they deliver to students and customer service. These were just too far below average to give this company a positive ranking.
