Based on what we saw on their order page, this service offers the standard academic writing products. This includes, essays, lab reports, dissertation and thesis services, help with assignments, formatting, editing and proofreading. They also offer help with college admissions writing. This is pretty similar to most content providers. No services are offered in the areas of resume or CV writing, web content, or marketing.

GradeMiners Quality

As mentioned above, we ordered a very basic 5-page essay on Romeo & Juliet.In order to be viewed by us as a legit company, we expect the paper that is delivered to us should earn at least a B if not a higher grade. Sadly, it just did not meet the mark. There were several spelling and grammar issues, and the paragraph transitions were just awful. We estimate that we would have needed to spend at least two hours making this paper suitable for submission. It is clear that this company is run by people who are not native English speakers. This shows in the poor quality of writing on the website, awkward use of nouns, and the quality of our paper.

Prices: Fair or Not

The total for our order was just over 120 dollars. This is on the high side of average. If the quality of the document we had received had been significantly better, we would be able to give higher marks in this area. Unfortunately, that just was not the case. The company does offer a very convoluted discount program, but it requires placing multiple orders. We were not able to find a coupon on the website either. Although, the truth is no discount can cover for lack of quality.

Support and Assistance

Our writer was very polite and very responsive. Unfortunately, we did not have much luck with the website’s customer support team. We tried online chat and that was slow and glitchy. Calling resulted in being put on hold for long periods of time, and a message that we sent never received a response from a real person. To be honest, we were quite surprised at the lack of support. This is one area in which most writing services do fairly well. Some such as X-essays.com do an exceptional job at supporting customers and answering questions.

Conclusion

If this service is on your list of writing companies to consider, scratch it off. You will find no satisfaction here when it comes to service or support.
